CANCELLATION POLICY

I allow one guest, no children. You have a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be automatically cancelled. Please keep in mind that when you are late, you run into the next clients appointment time which is unfair. - Deposits are non-refundable. Deposit will ONLY be refunded or transferred to another date if for any reason I needed to reschedule. -No call no shows will be banned from future booking. Please come with bare, healthy nails only. I do not work on damaged nails. - I do not offer foreign soak offs. If you need me to soak off my own work, make sure you also book a soak off along with your desired acrylic service. - Payments: Card on file or cash ONLY. I do not carry change, so please bring the exact amount!
